 A VOICE IN THE DESERT

HOME PAGE

A while back I stumbled across someone with a very deep voice who I immediately took, from the voice, to be very sincere. I really liked the way he told his audience that he had nothing to sell, was not trying to convince anyone of another doctrine, and that all he wanted to do was get people to know the truth of the Words of God, as recorded in the Bible. That hooked me immediately and I began to listen to what this bloke had to say. The more I listened, the more I liked and eventually I contacted him.

Now, before you go and log on to his YouTube Channel and perhaps come across some negativity in the process, let me tell you that he (or in fact she) disguises their voice with voice reproduction software. This is purely because he (or she) desires to remain anonymous. And the reasons for that are good - simply because of the intense reaction that some people - among them Christians - have to the absolute truth of God’s Words. (There have, I believe, even been attempts on his [or her] life). Yes, that IS a shocking statement to make but if you are a genuine, died-in-the-blood believer in Yeshua Ha’mashiach Ben Elohim, Jesus, the Anointed One, our Messiah, the Holy Son of God, then you already know this only too well. Persecution? Of course! What else? Who can possibly - as a genuine believer - be offended at the Words of God? In particular the Words of Jesus? You probably also know that by our own earthly human estimates. Rough only about 5% to 10% of the people who call themselves Christians actually ARE genuine disciples of Jesus Christ, as the original 12 were.

The rest of the crowd, well, it is up to folks like you and I to convince them of the absolute truth and often direct contradiction of what they currently believe and think is actually correct. This is actually very sad because we are told in the Bible to study the Words of God in order to show ourselves approved of God. In fact we are told to always be eager to present ourselves before God as perfect and mature ministers of the gospel, without shame, as people who correctly explain the Word of Truth. For those who like to study the Hebrew, Greek and Aramaic texts, an alternate Aramaic translation is “Don’t become frustrated.” The Greek word is spoudazo is an aorist imperative verb that could be translated, “Hurry and keep on hurrying,” or “Consider it a serious matter and keep on considering it something serious to present yourself before God.” Further more, we are also told that every Scripture has been written by the Holy Spirit, the breath of God. It will empower you by its instruction and correction, giving you the strength to take the right direction and lead you deeper into the path of godliness. (By the way, no I am NOT an expert on ancient texts or foreign languages - I get this from the Passion Translation available to everyone on www.biblegateway.com.)

Just a quick interject here. Just as Mary’s complete silence at the Cross of her Son is absolute proof of His Deity, so the fact that Voice only has around fifty thousand subscribers is proof to me that what he (or she) is doing the right thing. And the message he (or she) preaches is so very, very sadly not one that you will hear in churches.

Go now and log onto Voice in the Desert and listen to what he or she has to say. The revelation in his or her words will shock you silly!

In fact, if you can listen to his (or her) message on the Thai Cave Rescue, and not be offended by it, you are off to a good start.
